Powering the Future of U.S. Pharmaceutical Manufacturing

Meet Sentinel API Group

We are a U.S.-based Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient (API) manufacturer focused on producing the essential building blocks of modern medicine. Every great medication begins with a high-quality ingredient, and that’s exactly what we deliver. By manufacturing APIs domestically, we help strengthen America’s pharmaceutical supply chain and ensure reliable access to critical ingredients.

What are API’s?

An Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient (API) is the biologically active substance in a medication that yields the desired clinical effect (for example, Metformin in diabetes drugs or Amoxicillin in antibiotics).

Every finished drug product (the tablet, capsule, or injection) is composed of two parts:

  1. API — the active compound that treats the condition.

  2. Excipient — the inactive substance used as a carrier or filler.

APIs are the active parts of a medicine — the components that make it work. From pain relief and infection control to hormone support and chronic disease management, our APIs power the treatments that improve lives every day.

We specialize in producing these active ingredients for use in tablets, capsules, creams, and injectables supplied to pharmacies and healthcare facilities across the country.

Rebuilding America’s API Infrastructure—One Molecule at a Time

100% U.S.-Based Manufacturing

The majority of APIs in the U.S. drug supply are sourced overseas. We're here to change that.

Commitment to Quality

Quality is at the heart of everything we do. Every batch we produce undergoes rigorous testing and quality control to meet or exceed FDA standards.
Our facilities follow cGMP and use advanced equipment to ensure purity, consistency, and safety — from raw materials to finished product.

Innovation and Technology

We combine modern chemistry, automation, and precision engineering to deliver high-performance APIs. By continuously investing in technology, we produce APIs that meet today’s strictest standards — and tomorrow’s new demands.

Our Mission

We are rebuilding America’s pharmaceutical backbone by restoring domestic production of essential active pharmaceutical ingredients. Our mission is to reduce foreign dependency and ensure a secure, resilient supply of critical medicines for the United States.

We partner with pharmaceutical companies and compounders who rely on our ingredients to make life-changing medicines. Our APIs are used in products that reach hospitals, pharmacies, and patients across the U.S. and beyond.

Our partners trust us because we deliver what matters most — quality, consistency, and reliability.
